Karagwe, Kagera – DRK General Merchants has officially launched a new road construction project in Karagwe, aimed at improving connectivity and fostering regional development. This initiative is part of the company’s commitment to civil works that enhance community infrastructure.

“Better roads mean better access to markets for our farmers and traders,” said the project manager. The construction is set to be completed by 2026 and will connect Karagwe to major trading hubs across Kagera, reducing transportation costs and travel time for local businesses.
